The Gold Rush is cosy, citrusy, and surprisingly elegant. Perfect for those chilly spring nights when you want something that warms and refreshes at the same time.


Ingredients

120 ml hot water

60 ml honey

90 ml bourbon

60 ml lemon juice


Method

Mix the honey, lemon, and bourbon into the hot water until fully dissolved. Shake with ice to chill, then carbonate in your OmniFizz.

Serve in your favorite glass and sip slowly.
