Return and Warranty Policy
Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy. After 14 days, a refund or replacement can only be offered for faulty products. These are covered within our 2-year warranty guarantee. To be eligible for a replacement or refund within 14 days, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us. Using the goods before returning them within the allotted 14 day period does not constitute taking reasonable care of them. If you use the goods before returning them to us, you will be responsible for the costs of us reconditioning those goods.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of used CO2 gas cylinders (except on exchange of empties), used fizz infusers, or used PET bottles. This return policy is not applicable for instances such as- but not limited to- ordering the wrong colour, size, or configuration. If the item is still unopened and in new condition, it can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns costs will be deducted from the refund once received back to Drinkmate.
To complete your return, please contact contact@drinkmate.uk. we require a proof of purchase and/or purchase number so we can track it from our system. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before getting our approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of goods.
Drinkmate OmniFizz Warranty Information
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase for personal use, or one (1) year from the date of original purchase for commercial use. During this period, if the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, Drinkmate will, at its option:
(a) repair the product; or (b) replace the product.
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim, and Drinkmate is not responsible to provide return packaging. If your product is eligible for a warranty claim, Drinkmate will cover shipping costs for returning the faulty item and sending a replacement. If the product or component is no longer available, a replacement of equal or greater value will be offered. This warranty does not cover PET bottles, used CO2, wear from normal use, misuse, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, or abuse. This warranty may be voided if the product is used with unauthorised accessories. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
