Spring Sangria

This tastes like it came from a patio restaurant and cost £15. The bubbles change everything!

Ingredients

  • 120ml dry white wine
  • 75ml vodka
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • Frozen berries
  • Mint

The method

  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Add to Drinkmate and carbonate.
  3. Fill glass with frozen berries and sliced strawberries.
  4. Pour, then garnish with mint. Enjoy!
