The Winter Cosmo works because carbonation cuts through sweetness and the addition of lime keeps it interesting.

Ingredients
180 ml Cranberry Juice
45 ml Vodka (optional)
30 ml  Orange Liqueur
30 ml Sugar Syrup
15 ml Lime juice

The Method

Combine Ingredients
Carbonate


The Finish
Pour into a chilled glass
Garnish with cranberries and rosemary

Pro Tips

Chill your glasses first—drinks stay colder and the presentation looks more intentional.

Batch prep: triple the base, carbonate in portions throughout your party. You're not stuck playing bartender while everyone else enjoys themselves.
