Bourbon Apple Cider

¾ cup cold apple cider

1/3 cup Bourbon

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 (2 ½ inch long) thin slices fresh ginger

2 thin slices from a small apple, for garnish

Fill your Drinkmate bottle with cold apple cider, Bourbon, lemon juice and ginger. Shake bottle to combine the ingredients before carbonating. Carbonate! After carbonating, let stand for 5 seconds, release pressure valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam from reaching the top.

Strain and divide cocktail between two lowball glasses. Garnish with apple slices.

To make a larger batch, combine, 3 cups apple cider, 1 cup Bourbon, 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 8 thin slices of fresh ginger. Carbonate and chill! Great for fall gatherings and cool fall nights.
