Tart, refreshing, and mimicking the beautiful look of a Rosé Champagne, this mocktail is the perfect way to toast the New Year with clarity.
 
Ingredients
180 ml White Grape Juice
120 ml Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters (Alcohol-free)
180 ml Chilled Water
 
Method
Combine and carbonate until highly sparkling.
 
The Finish
Pour into a coupe glass and drop in a couple of frozen cranberries to keep it chilled.
