Gilded Ginger and Pear

Who says non-alcoholic has to be boring? This elegant mocktail combines warm ginger spice with the delicate flavour of pear. The Drinkmate creates a beautiful, dense foam head that looks and feels incredibly special.
 
Ingredients
180 ml Pear Nectar
30 ml Ginger Syrup
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (strained)
240 ml Chilled Water
 
Method
Mix all ingredients and carbonate.
 
The Finish
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a dehydrated pear slice or a piece of crystallised ginger.
