Pomegranate Paloma Fizz

A bright, vibrant, and crowd-pleasing cocktail that cuts through rich holiday food. The Drinkmate infuses the bubbles right into the tequila and juice for a perfect, refreshing sip.
 
Ingredients
120 ml Blanco Tequila
120 ml Pomegranate Juice (strained)
30 ml Fresh Lime Juice (strained)
180 ml Chilled Water
 
Method
Combine and carbonate.
Tip: Use the slow-release valve, as pomegranate can be foamy!
 
The Finish
Serve in a salt-rimmed glass over ice with a rosemary sprig and fresh pomegranate seeds.
