Cinnamon Stick Apple Sparkler
Sam BodgerA simple, two-ingredient autumn sparkler, with the cinnamon infused slowly into chilled cloudy apple juice and no syrup needed.
Ingredients
- 250 ml cloudy apple juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks (one to infuse, one to garnish)
- Thin apple slices, to garnish
- Ice, to serve
Method
- Pour the apple juice into a jug, drop in one cinnamon stick and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a stronger spice.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and make sure the juice is thoroughly chilled.
- Pour into the Drinkmate bottle and carbonate to taste.
- Serve over ice, finished with a fresh cinnamon stick and a few thin apple slices.
Why it needs the OmniFizz: cloudy apple juice is naturally sweet and full of pulp, so it foams quickly. The Fizz Infuser lets you carbonate the juice itself, giving you a properly sparkling drink rather than juice watered down with soda.
