Tequila. Pineapple. Campari. Salt. All sparkled in the Drinkmate. 

The result? Bright. Bitter. Slightly sweet. Completely addictive.

Ingredients

  • 45ml tequila
  • 22.5ml pineapple gum
  • 15ml Campari
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 sprig mint, for garnish

The Method

  1. Combine liquid ingredients, plus salt, in a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Add to Drinkmate and carbonate!
  3. Garnish with mint.
