We used normal, still wine and created this! Perfect for those who love champagne but hate the price.

Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 90ml white wine (doesn't have to be sparkling!)

The Method

  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Add to Drinkmate and carbonate. Enjoy!
