This is a sophisticated, floral twist on a classic that's as beautiful as it is delicious. The direct carbonation creates a champagne-like texture that's simply magical.
 
Ingredients
120 ml Dry Gin
60 ml Elderflower Liqueur
45 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (strained)
240 ml Chilled Water
 
Method
Mix all ingredients in the Drinkmate bottle.
Carbonate with 2–3 short bursts.
 
The Finish
Pour into flutes and garnish with a lemon twist!
