A deep, dark berry and apple sparkler fit for any wicked queen.

Ingredients

  • 150ml cloudy apple juice
  • 30ml blackcurrant cordial
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Apple slice and blackberries to garnish

Directions

  1. Add: Pour all ingredients into your Drinkmate bottle, keeping below the max fill line.
  2. Fizz: Attach the Fizz Infuser, lock the bottle into your OmniFizz and carbonate to taste.
  3. Release: Open the release valve very slowly, as apple juice foams easily.
  4. Serve: Pour into a tumbler over ice and garnish with an apple slice and blackberries on a cocktail stick.

Why it needs the OmniFizz
Blackcurrant cordial and cloudy apple juice can’t go into a water-only soda maker, but the OmniFizz is designed to carbonate almost any drink. Everything is mixed and carbonated together, giving a richer flavour than topping juice up with fizzy water. The adjustable valve lets you take it slowly with naturally foamy juices.
