Blood orange and cranberry with a slow “bleeding” grenadine drip for a properly dramatic serve.

Ingredients

  • 50ml vodka
  • 100ml blood orange juice
  • 25ml cranberry juice
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10ml grenadine
  • Orange slice to garnish

Directions

  1. Add: Pour the vodka, blood orange, cranberry and lemon juice into your Drinkmate bottle, keeping below the max fill line.
  2. Fizz: Attach the Fizz Infuser, lock the bottle into your OmniFizz and carbonate to taste.
  3. Release: Slowly open the release valve, pausing if the drink foams.
  4. Serve: Pour into a coupe over ice, drizzle the grenadine down the inside of the glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Why it needs the OmniFizz
The OmniFizz carbonates the vodka and fruit juices together, so the sparkle runs right through the drink rather than sitting on top of it. That even fizz also helps the grenadine sink and bleed through the glass for the full effect. Controlled pressure release means pulpy blood orange juice stays in the bottle, not on the worktop.
