Witches’ Brew Fizz

A vivid green, sweet-sour sparkler that looks like it came straight out of the cauldron.

Ingredients

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml melon liqueur
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 120ml cloudy apple juice
  • Lime wheel and a sour gummy worm to garnish

Directions

  1. Add: Pour all ingredients into your Drinkmate bottle, keeping below the max fill line.
  2. Fizz: Attach the Fizz Infuser, lock the bottle into your OmniFizz and carbonate to taste.
  3. Release: Slowly open the release valve, pausing if the drink foams.
  4. Serve: Pour into a highball over ice, then garnish with a lime wheel and a gummy worm over the rim.

Why it needs the OmniFizz
Standard soda makers only carbonate plain water, so you’d have to add the gin, liqueur and juice afterwards and lose much of the fizz. The OmniFizz carbonates the whole mix in one go, so every sip is evenly sparkling. The Fizz Infuser’s adjustable release valve lets you vent the pressure gently, keeping the cloudy apple juice from foaming over.
